Chicken McNuggets, Unsafe With Any Sauce!

Would you take a bite out of a silicone seat cushion, even if it was dipped in Hawaiian Terriyaki BBQ sauce? If you eat chicken McNuggets you have!

One of the long list of artificial, laboratory food ingredients is dimethylpolysiloxane, an anti-foaming agent made of silicone!

Had any tertiary butylhydroquinone (TBHQ), lately, a chemical preservative so deadly that just five grams can kill you?

These are just two of the man made ingredients in a McDonalds Chicken McNugget. Only 50 percent of a McNugget is actually chicken. The other 50 percent includes (thanks to Organic Authority):

"White boneless chicken, water, food starch-modified, salt, seasoning (autolyzed yeast extract, salt, wheat starch, natural flavoring (botanical source), safflower oil, dextrose, citric acid, rosemary), sodium phosphates, seasoning (canola oil, mono- and diglycerides, extractives of rosemary).

Battered and breaded with: water, enriched flour (bleached wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), yellow corn flour, food starch-modified, salt, leavening (baking soda, sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium aluminum phosphate, monocalcium phosphate, calcium lactate), spices, wheat starch, whey, corn starch.

Prepared in vegetable oil (Canola oil, corn oil, soybean oil, hydrogenated soybean oil with tertiary butylhydroquinone, TBHQ and citric acid added to preserve freshness). Dimethylpolysiloxane added as an antifoaming agent."

Fast Food Will Kill You!

A small McDonald’s meal that topped out at 900 calories was studied for its oxidation potential. The findings were not encouraging for fans of fast food.

“We showed that a small McDonald’s meal resulted in inflammation and oxidative stress at a cellular, molecular level,” says Dr. Dandona. The markers Dr. Dandona and his team used to establish the presence of inflammation and oxidative stress are the same ones the body produces when it is seriously hurt. “In the cells, we look at nuclear factor kB (NF-kappa B), which is the orchestrator of inflammation. When we get infections, it is NF-kappa B that gets stimulated,” he explains. “We were shocked to find that what infections do, food does, too.” Disturbingly, the post-meal inflammatory reaction did not resolve quickly — study subjects still showed signs of inflammation five hours after eating.

Dr. Dandona’s research also found that people with obesity who already had a basic level of inflammation and oxidative stress had a worse reaction than people of normal weight when challenged with a fast-food meal. “Sure enough, they start from higher levels of inflammation, they achieve a much higher level, and the inflammation is much more prolonged.” The oxidative and inflammatory stress observed with meals probably contributes to atherosclerosis, heart attack, and stroke.

There you have it. McDonald's meals and similar processed, chemical filled fast food fare can kill you! Oxidative stress from the free radicals produced by the metabolism of this faux food attacks the body's cell walls, cell proteins and DNA, leading to everything from artherosclerosis to cancer to Alzheimers disease.

The news is doubly bad for fat people. You were Warned!

Scientists Find McDonald's Meal Produces Disease Producing Free Radicals!

Paresh Dandona, MD, Director of the Diabetes-Endocrinology Center of Western New York and Chief of the Division of Endocrinology at the Medical School of the State University of New York at Buffalo, showed that a small McDonald’s meal, 900 calories, resulted in inflammation and oxidative stress at a cellular, molecular level.

“We were shocked to find that what infections do, food does, too.”

Disturbingly, the post-meal inflammatory reaction did not resolve quickly — study subjects still showed signs of inflammation five hours after eating.

Now the good news: Some foods may protect against inflammation. Dr. Dandona and his team tested a portion of orange juice containing 300 calories against an amount of glucose containing 300 calories and found that while the glucose caused inflammation, the orange juice did not, despite the fact that it, too, is pure carbohydrate.

Their next experiment investigated what happened when subjects drank orange juice with a small McDonald’s meal. “And guess what: Orange juice neutralizes inflammation. To me, that is one of the most amazing findings in the field of nutrition today,” says Dr. Dandona. “On the one hand you have all these terrible things that cause inflammation, but if you take a certain amount of orange juice, it balances things off. That’s really remarkable.”

Part of the reason orange juice and glucose have a different impact on inflammation may be due to the nature of the type of carbohydrate: The sugar in orange juice is half fructose, and fructose is noninflammatory. But what would cause it to be anti-inflammatory? “The secret is probably in agents called flavonoids, which are what gives orange juice its yellow color,” says Dr. Dandona. “And two major flavonoids are hesperetin and naringenin, which have shown in the test tube to suppress free-radical formation and to be anti-inflammatory. Chances are that the secret is in these flavonoids.”

Wow! What a Bombshell! Why haven't we heard about this before? The doctor's work also showed that consuming fat, the other major component of a McDonald's meal, also produced free radicals.

Dr Dandona's research also showed that antioxidants in food, such as the flavonoids in the orange juice, can and do protect the body against free radical damage.

Bankers are Subsidizing Killer Food to Poor!

"Listen, one out of two minority individuals has diabetes. To say that poor people can’t afford good food is ridiculous … these corporations, subsidized by the federal government, are selling food to low-income people that makes them sick." Robert Kenner, Dir of new film, Food Inc.

Example, Dollar menus at McDonalds, FAT,CARBOHYDRATES,SUGAR,CALORIES:

Cheeseburger on white flour bun with catsup,(about 415 calories, 40gms of carbohydrates) $1

A 32oz, (1 qt!) cup of Sweet Tea, $1 (about 20 packets of sugar and 440 calories, about 20% of recommended calorie consumption for a whole day! Plus 113gms of carbs)

French Fries, $1 Another 160 calories! 20 gms of carbs
Plus, bonus! an unhealthy dose of triglycerides, fats from the vegetable oil they were fried in which causes heart disease!

How about topping off the meal with a lovely serving of fried apple pie, Yum!
255 calories, 51 gms of carbohydrates Oops, almost forgot, you get two, count 'em, Two pies for $1, not one, so add another 255 calories and 51 gms of carbs!

So, for $4, you can get 1,350 calories, more than half the recommended calories for an adult for the entire day! The 271 gms of carbohydrates equal the TOTAL recommended daily intake of carbs for adulst and since these are refined carbs, the worse kind, you are well on your way to diabetes.

I have personally seen parents feeding their small children a meal like I have outlined. No wonder 1 of 4 kids are overweight and 1 of 2 poor people have diabetes!

Of course, if you have been following my expose of the Fed Reserve and the Intl Bankers who own and control America, (see http://SilverPros.Blogspot.com) you know it is not the government that is subsidizing the food industry, it is the Bankers.

Our government has no money, it borrows all the money it needs from the private, Intl Bankers via the equally private Federal Reserve Bank, so it is they who ultimately fund the food industry and reap their share of the profits. We, the citizen are ultimately funding our own demise.

Note: Our friendly Bankers will even Finance that McDonald's meal for you if you do not have the money, at 20% of course! Then, of course when the inevitable diabetes, heart disease and stroke kick in later in life, the cost of treating these totally preventable diseases will become a further source of profits for the Disease Industry. The total costs to treat diabetics in this country is estimated to be $10 Million an HOUR!
