Why HFC, (High Fructose Corn Syrup) Will Make You Fat AND Diabetic!

Although corn syrup is a natural product, that does not make it safe.

Simply stated, the fructose in corn syrup neither stimulates insulin secretion nor reduces the hunger hormone ghrelin, therefore the sugar will build up in your blood stream and you will continue to feel hungry while the body converts the fructose into fat.

In other words, High Fructose Corn Syrup will make you FAT! Certain fat cells, especially those around the middle of the body actually produce hormones that suppress insulin production. That is why obesity is the most accurate predictor of who will get diabetes. There are other metabolic dangers that HFC will expose you too. Stay tuned.

Stevia is a natural plant that is made into a natural sweetener with no calories. It is the only non-sugar sweetener that is safe and non fattening.
